Get The Taste You Want By Preparing The Ingredients

You can finish preparing fresh salsa without sweat but, you have to complement this exquisite dish with only the freshest tomatoes you can find either in your garden or from the grocer that delivers vegetables near your place. The ingredients include:

- 3 lg. tomatoes, peeled and diced
- ½ sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- ¼ tsp. salt
- fresh juice from ½ lime
- 1  tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water or tomato juice
- ½ c. white onion, chopped fine
- ½ jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 Anaheim pepper, seeded and chopped

The Steps

To reduce the tomato liquid, place your tomatoes in a colander. Mind the rest of the ingredients after setting aside the tomato juice and then you may collect the tomato juice from the colander. Place the tomato juice in a bowl and you can separately serve the juice if you want to. All the ingredients should be put in a glass, however, any stainless bowl will also do. Mix the combined ingredients well and let it be for at least 30 minutes.

The fresh salsa can be served with baked tortillas, meats, and other complimenting dishes that go with tomatoes. And sometimes, it is best served cooled.
