So here check out how you can make this special two cheese pizza, perfect for any occasion. What you will need are the following: one can pizza crust, two tablespoons whole wheat flour, two tablespoons olive oil, vegetable cooking spray, half teaspoon dried basil, one minced small onion, two cloves minced garlic, one-fourth teaspoon salt, two cups chopped mushroom, and one large stripped red bell pepper. For the cheeses, you need half cup low-fat ricotta cheese and four ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
Now, when everything is set, you are ready to make this sumptuous treat. Of course, you need to preheat the oven to 425 degree-Fahrenheit. Next, you are ready to prepare the crust. Roll out the dough over a surface that was sprinkled with whole wheat flour. Work on it until the desired thickness is reached. Then transfer the crust to a cookie sheet with a vegetable cooking spray. To make the final touch for the crust, you need to brush the top with olive oil.

We eat homemade vegetarian pizza all of the time. It is a favorite in my house because we can use whatever veggies we have and end up with a delicious lunch or dinner in minutes. Our staples are bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. From there anything goes.
